Tullahoma Downtown Lions Club

New location of meeting for weekly meeting.   Noon on each Wednesday.

Boones in the Walmart shoping center.  

Actually in the strip mall down near Electronic Express.

We will continue meeting every Wednesday at noon.  

In the beginning the restaurant is going to be getting used to our needs and we are going to be getting acquainted with their procedures.  We need to all work together to make the transition work out well.  Wanda Johnston, who has been our waitress for many years is moving to Boones with us.  This Wednesday will be her first day to work at Boones.  Basically Boones is a buffet restaurant, but they also allow people to order from the menu.  For the convenience of Wanda and yourself, I suggest that you try the buffet, at least at first.  There is a salad and desert bar, several meats and 8 or more vegetables.

The first week or two you might want to come a few minutes early if you possibly can to help make everything work smoothly.

This Wednesday, our program will be presented by Lane and Evelyn Curlee, who are working with several programs to assist the poor in Coffee County.

I hope that every one can attend this meeting to hear about the needs of people in our community and to make a good impression upon Reggie Mc Donald, the owner of Boones who will be hosting our meetings.

Ling LIon Monty Hatcher and King Lion Elect Gerald Player will both be out of town this week as each of their mothers are having surgery in other cities.

May we keep these folks in our hearts and prayers.
