Today's Meeting

If you missed today's meeting, then you really missed out on some fun! We were very excited to have Lion Margaret Little back in our midst and to see her so upbeat, cheerful, and rearing to go! And we were also happy to see Lion Mike Hutchins back in our fold! King Lion Gerald Player did a fun but inspirational experiment by drawing 5 names at random... and those 5 brave soul's donned a blindfold and ate their dinner while experiencing what so many face every minute of every day... blindness of course. Past President Monty Hatcher told a personal story of a lady thanking him on behalf of our club for the glasses we helped her purchase... while she was nearly in tears, as he might have been also. Lion Billy Allen is doing a great job trying to lead the club on the ad sales for the upcoming Christmas Concert. You can find the flyer in the links at the left. I know that I'm leaving out some of what went on during this meeting... and for that all will have to forgive me. And if you did miss the meeting, let that be a lesson... and make it up by being there next Wednesday.
