Charter Member Billy Allen installs new members

Thanks largely to Membership Chairman Monty Hatcher's efforts, our membership dinner yielded 4 new prospects. After watching a video about Lion's efforts in our community and around the world, all were interested. I think new Lion John Crawford really motivated them as well. As a result all 4 have joined out club and have been installed and penned.

Here's the proof :-)

On Dec 19th Billy Allen, Charter Member and current officer, installed Tullahoma Downtown Lions newest members. Somebody must have made a funny comment... all the Lions are smiling, some laughing... and Past District Governor Linda Justice is hiding so as to not be seen in this photo. This all means something... WE LIKE TO HAVE FUN at our meetings!

Left to right: Billy Allen and newly installed Martha Feiser. Martha has been part of and helping our club so long that is hard to think of her as a New Lion. Needless to say we are very happy to have her as an "official" member.

Sara Crawford Young, John Crawford, and their sponsor Lion Marilyn Morris. John is a new member , while his mom Sara is a returning Lion. Marilyn did a great job.... recruiting members 2-at-a-time. And we are so lucky to have them in the club. Sara teachs piano and John teaches just about every stringed instrument but banjo. I've always enjoyed spending time with John. Neat thing about our Lions club is that we meet for lunch every week. You can truly make friends for life with TDL.
